POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE

We have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager in the Service Center Operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The successful candidates will

  • Inspire commitment to agency service principles;
  • Ensure compliance with applicable procedures and governing statutes
  • Monitor daily service center performance;
  • Mentor staff members, providing recognition and feedback to assist with each employee’s development.

Qualifications:

Qualifications for the position include a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.

We work full-time hours, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and employees participate in a rich array of benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, generous paid time off and an employer-paid pension plan.
