To obtain a learner’s license, you must pass the Class E Knowledge Exam. The Class E Knowledge Exam consists of 50 multiple-choice questions about Florida traffic laws, safe driving practices and identifying traffic controls. To pass, you must answer 40 out of 50 questions correctly or score 80 percent.
Exams are conducted in English only. External translation services are no longer permitted.
