You can surrender your license plate in the lobby of any of our Service Center Locations, you will need to bring the following items with you:
1.Complete and bring with you the Surrender License Plate Affidavit
2. Bring license plate to be surrendered
3. Visit any of our service centers locations (no reservation is required) and go directly to the receptionist to surrender your plate
