
POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Our Client Care Representatives handle customer inquiries both by phone
and email, creating positive client experiences by understanding and
meeting client needs accurately.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answering customer inquiries both by phone and email.
- Handling issues and complaints while providing solutions to clients.
- Diffusing escalating situations as needed.
- Identifying and escalating issues when applicable.
- Routing calls to an appropriate source if the issue cannot be resolved.
- Documenting all call information according to department guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Minimum of 60 college credits.
- Call Center / Customer Service experience (2 years preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Active listening and the ability to ascertain reason for client call.
- Patient and empathetic attitude.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with various computer programs and ability to adapt to new
programs.
