Client Care Representative

POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE

Our Client Care Representatives handle customer inquiries both by phone
and email, creating positive client experiences by understanding and
meeting client needs accurately.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Answering customer inquiries both by phone and email.
  • Handling issues and complaints while providing solutions to clients.
  • Diffusing escalating situations as needed.
  • Identifying and escalating issues when applicable.
  • Routing calls to an appropriate source if the issue cannot be resolved.
  • Documenting all call information according to department guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 60 college credits.
  • Call Center / Customer Service experience (2 years preferred).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Active listening and the ability to ascertain reason for client call.
  • Patient and empathetic attitude.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with various computer programs and ability to adapt to new
    programs.
